The room was comfortable, featuring a fantastic

view of the harbor. We truly appreciated the amenities like the kitchenette and in-room laundry. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the location was ideal for visiting local attractions. The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

The kitchenette was well-equipped for meals.

Our room was uncomfortably warm, with the air conditioning barely making a difference. We struggled to sleep due to the noise from the air dehumidifier, which could not be turned off. The staff's attitude was less than professional when we sought assistance, leaving us feeling dismissed and frustrated.

We loved our stay with the spacious room, a beautiful balcony with a harbor view, and the convenience of having an in-room washer and dryer. Just a bummer that the bed was quite firm for our liking. Definitely considering staying here again!

Clean and comfortable accommodations with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Having a stacked washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. The bay view was serene, and the location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Mikasa shopping mall and very close to the Navy base. The staff was friendly, making my stay quite enjoyable.

The family room offered excellent space, especially compared to accommodations elsewhere. A highlight was the well-equipped kitchen which made it feel more like an apartment, and the in-room washer and dryer added to the convenience. However, noise from nearby areas was quite noticeable, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere. Limited breakfast options were disappointing, and the parking situation could use improvement.

stayed at new port for a night and loved the location! the twin room with balcony was spacious and very clean. plus, the interior felt fresh and modern. we really enjoyed having access to youtube and netflix on the tv.
